Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Tangier – City Visit
Reception at the port, airport, or hotel in Tangier, a city located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean.
Panoramic visit including Cape Spartel, the meeting point of the two seas, and the legendary Hercules Caves. Free time to walk through the medina and the historic center.
Dinner and overnight in a hotel or riad in Tangier.
Day 2: Tangier – Chefchaouen
After breakfast, departure to Chefchaouen, the famous blue city nestled in the Rif Mountains.
Free time to explore its blue-painted streets, peaceful squares, and traditional craft markets. A perfect place for photography and relaxation.
Dinner and overnight in a riad in Chefchaouen.
Day 3: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fez
After breakfast, departure to the Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its well-preserved mosaics.
We continue to Meknes, the imperial city founded by Moulay Ismail, where we visit the Bab Mansour Gate and the mausoleum of the sultan.
Arrival in Fez in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight in a riad in Fez.
Day 4: Fez – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Merzouga
After breakfast, departure toward the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, known as the Moroccan Switzerland, and in the cedar forests of Azrou, where monkeys live freely.
We continue through the spectacular Ziz Valley until arriving in Merzouga, at the gateway to the Sahara Desert.
Camel ride across the dunes of Erg Chebbi to enjoy the sunset in the desert. Dinner and overnight in a Sahara camp under a starry sky with Berber music.
Day 5: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
We wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, departure to Rissani, the former capital of the Tafilalt region.
We continue to the impressive Todra Gorges, a spectacular natural canyon. In the afternoon, we head to the Dades Valley, traveling along the Route of a Thousand Kasbahs.
Dinner and overnight in a hotel or riad in the Dades Valley.
Day 6: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
After breakfast, departure to Ouarzazate, known as the gateway to the desert.
We visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We cross the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi n’Tichka pass, enjoying spectacular landscapes.
Arrival in Marrakech in the afternoon. Free time in Jemaa el-Fna Square.
Dinner and overnight in a riad in Marrakech.
Day 7: Marrakech – Guided Visit and Departure
After breakfast, guided visit of Marrakech including the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, and the traditional souks.
Transfer to the airport or agreed location and end of the 7-day tour from Tangier to the Sahara and Marrakech.
